Job Overview
Creations Unlimited is seeking a commercially focused Sales Manager for its luxury retail and manufacturing business in Dubai. The successful candidate will grow the customer base, lead sales activity, and coordinate with production and factory operations to support reliable delivery and business performance. The role combines sales leadership with day-to-day operational coordination, so a confident manager who understands both customer needs and internal workflows will be well suited.
The manager will need to keep customer expectations, team targets, and operational capacity aligned while maintaining a professional approach with colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships that expand the customer base.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team toward agreed targets and stronger market presence.
- Monitor sales performance, productivity, customer relationships, and follow-up activity.
- Coordinate sales commitments with production, factory staff, and operational teams.
- Support effective workforce planning and coordination of day-to-day business activities.
- Review operational issues and work with relevant teams to maintain a smooth flow from customer request to delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, and business operations is required.
- Experience in luxury retail or a manufacturing-led business is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to manage sales staff as well as coordinate with factory and production personnel.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are important.
- Fluent English and a proactive, commercially minded approach are expected.
