About the Role
ALAS Ready Mix LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth in Riyadh. The position is suited to a commercially focused professional with substantial B2B sales experience and knowledge of construction materials. This position combines business development, account management, market awareness, and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will be expected to balance commercial targets with reliable customer service and practical coordination with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies that support revenue and market-share objectives.
- Manage key accounts, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Prospect for new customers and develop business opportunities across the construction materials market.
- Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Logistics teams to support reliable project execution and customer service.
- Track market trends, customer requirements, competitor activity, and sales performance to guide commercial decisions.
Requirements and Skills
- At least 10 years of professional sales experience, preferably in B2B or construction materials.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
- A valid driving licence is preferred.
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategy, construction materials, and client relationship management.
