Sales & Marketing Executive (Events & Exhibitions)

AL ANDALUS NOVA GROUP OF COMPANIES is looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join its Events & Exhibitions team in Business Bay, Dubai. If you thrive on winning new business, building lasting client relationships, and bringing marketing campaigns to life, this role offers plenty of room to make an impact.

You’ll be at the front line of business development — generating leads, pitching exhibition and event solutions, and managing projects from proposal through to delivery, all while working closely with the design, production, and operations teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Generating new leads and business opportunities in the UAE Events & Exhibitions market
• Building relationships with exhibitors, corporate clients, event organisers, and agencies
• Promoting exhibition stands, event solutions, fabrication, and related services
• Preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations, and following up with prospects
• Converting leads into successful projects while hitting monthly sales targets
• Maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and regular sales reports
• Supporting social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation
• Carrying out market research to identify new opportunities
• Attending client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and site visits
• Coordinating with Design, Production, and Operations to keep project requirements clear

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience
• Experience in the Events & Exhibitions industry required or strongly preferred
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and marketing
• Strong lead generation and client conversion skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with exhibition stands, fabrication, production, and installation is a plus
• Comfortable with social media and digital marketing
• Creative, proactive, organised, and target-driven
• UAE driving license preferred
