A Dubai-based company is looking for a capable IT Executive to join its team on-site and keep the wheels turning on day-to-day technology operations. You’ll be the go-to person for IT systems support — from hardware and software management to server operations and data security — helping the business run reliably every day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting IT systems and server operations
- Configuring, installing, and maintaining computers and IT devices
- Managing software installations, updates, and licensing
- Maintaining IT security measures and data protection practices
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing end-user support
- Monitoring system performance and assisting with routine IT maintenance
What we’re looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in IT support or system administration is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Solid knowledge of Windows systems, computer hardware, server administration, and IT infrastructure
