Meta Ads Specialist / Performance Marketing Specialist

HB Interiors is looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist / Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of its paid advertising strategy in Dubai. This is a chance to own the full campaign lifecycle for a brand in the luxury interior design space, with real scope to shape performance from strategy through to execution.

You’ll be building and optimising Meta campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads, with a strong focus on measurable ROI. The role is offered initially on a freelance or part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a longer-term collaboration for the right person.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning, launching, and managing Meta advertising campaigns end to end
• Building high-converting lead generation and conversion campaigns
• Continuously optimising campaigns to maximise return on investment
• Implementing audience targeting, retargeting, and optimisation strategies
• Tracking performance and putting together detailed reports
• Managing campaigns independently from planning through to execution

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong track record in lead generation and conversion-focused advertising
• Proven success running campaigns in the UAE market
• Experience in luxury, interior design, real estate, or premium services is highly preferred
• Sharp analytical skills paired with strong communication and campaign management ability
• Comfortable managing advertising strategy and execution independently
