Experienced Accountant

Axis Workshop LLC, a well-known automotive repair and service company based in Al Quoz, Dubai, is looking to bring on an Experienced Accountant to keep its finances running smoothly. This role suits someone who can take full ownership of day-to-day accounting without needing much hand-holding.

You’ll be responsible for the full transaction cycle — from invoicing and reconciliations through to VAT and Corporate Tax filing — while helping the business stay on top of its financial reporting as it continues to grow. Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing daily accounting activity and keeping financial records accurate
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Preparing invoices, processing payments and receipts, and posting accounting entries
• Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Preparing Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
• Managing UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filing in line with regulations
• Maintaining financial data in Zoho Books and Excel

What we’re looking for:

• 4–5 years of accounting experience
• Hands-on Zoho Books experience is mandatory
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Solid experience with bank reconciliations, P&L accounts, and balance sheets
• Proven experience managing accounts payable and receivable
• Practical UAE VAT filing and Corporate Tax compliance experience is mandatory
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
