Job Overview
Saudi German Hospital in Sharjah is recruiting healthcare professionals for five openings covering nursing and dental support. Nursing opportunities are available in the Operating Theatre, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical department, alongside a Dental Assistant position. Applicants should have relevant clinical experience for the department they are applying to and hold a valid SHA or MOH licence, or the relevant eligibility status. The hospital is looking for people with a patient-focused approach, sound clinical skills and the ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses and other healthcare colleagues. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, respectful patient care in line with hospital standards and clinical guidance.
- Support doctors and other healthcare professionals in delivering appropriate treatment and day-to-day services.
- Monitor patients, observe changes in condition and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Assist with procedures and routine duties relevant to the assigned department, including OT, ICU, ER or Medical-Surgical services.
- Follow infection-prevention practices, patient-safety procedures and departmental protocols.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families and members of the healthcare team.
- For the Dental Assistant opening, support dental staff and routine clinical operations within the assigned scope.
Requirements and Skills
- Hold a valid SHA or MOH licence, or be eligible for the relevant licence.
- Have clinical experience relevant to the selected nursing department or dental support role.
- Demonstrate strong patient-care ability and practical clinical skills.
- Communicate professionally and work cooperatively in a hospital environment.
- Understand clinical documentation, infection control and patient-safety practices.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Qualifications
Nursing applicants should have a nursing degree or diploma. Applicants for the Dental Assistant vacancy should have a relevant dental assistant qualification. Licensing or eligibility through SHA/MOH is required for the nursing opportunities as stated.
Employment Details
Five full-time openings are listed in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The estimated monthly salary range is AED 5,000–10,000.
