Security Supervisor

Align Security L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations in Dubai. The position requires strong team leadership, operational discipline, incident-response capability, and a valid SIRA Security Supervisor Certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Lead and coordinate security teams to maintain effective site coverage.
• Monitor procedures and respond appropriately to incidents.
• Ensure accurate security reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Provide guidance and support to security officers during operations.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of security experience.
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience.
• Valid SIRA Security Supervisor Certification is mandatory.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage security operations effectively.
