Align Security L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations in Dubai. The position requires strong team leadership, operational discipline, incident-response capability, and a valid SIRA Security Supervisor Certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Lead and coordinate security teams to maintain effective site coverage.
- Monitor procedures and respond appropriately to incidents.
- Ensure accurate security reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Provide guidance and support to security officers during operations.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of security experience.
- Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience.
- Valid SIRA Security Supervisor Certification is mandatory.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage security operations effectively.
