Job Description
A leading manufacturing company based in Ras Al Khaimah is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong expertise in manufacturing accounting, costing, and financial reporting.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, handling product costing, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the timely finalization of accounts. The role requires strong knowledge of factory accounting processes and ERP systems to support efficient financial management within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations within the manufacturing environment
- Handle product costing and cost analysis for factory operations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
- Ensure timely finalization of accounts at month-end and year-end
- Maintain and monitor factory accounting records and transactions
- Work with ERP systems for financial processing and reporting
- Support internal financial controls and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for cost tracking and analysis
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting
Requirements
- M.Com or ICWA (CMA) qualification
- Proven experience in manufacturing industry accounting
- Strong knowledge of costing and cost accounting systems
- Experience in preparing financial statements and reports
- Hands-on experience in account finalization
- Good understanding of factory accounting procedures
- Proficiency in ERP accounting systems
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
