Kenzie Clean is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to take full ownership of the financial operations across its four UAE businesses spanning automotive detailing, home maintenance, and car wash services.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll manage multi-entity bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, handle VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS compliance, and embrace automation and AI tools to modernize the finance function. Immediate availability is required for this full-time, office-based Dubai role.
What you’ll do:
- Manage accounting activities across four business entities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare financial reports and ensure timely, accurate reporting to the CEO
- Oversee UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS compliance
- Implement automation and AI-powered tools to streamline accounting processes
- Identify and drive improvements to financial operations
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS regulations
- Hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Interest in and openness to automation and AI-powered accounting tools
- CPA or ACCA qualification preferred; immediate availability is required
