Senior Accountant

Nano Health Suite is expanding its Finance & Accounts team in Dubai and is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to take ownership of financial operations spanning multiple entities across the UAE, KSA, and Oman. This is a strong opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional who enjoys working across borders and wants to play a central role in keeping a growing group financially accurate and fully compliant.

In this position, you will manage the full accounting cycle for group operations, from day-to-day bookkeeping through to month-end and year-end close. You’ll be trusted to keep the books clean across three jurisdictions, each with its own regulatory nuances, while supporting budgeting, reporting, and audit activities that keep leadership informed and the business audit-ready.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning general accounting activities and driving the month-end close process
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable end-to-end
• Performing accurate bank and petty cash reconciliations
• Coordinating payroll-related accounting entries
• Keeping the company compliant with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax obligations
• Maintaining clean, audit-ready accounting records across UAE, KSA, and Oman entities
• Preparing financial reports, budgets, and management reporting packs
• Supporting internal and external audits and liaising with auditors
• Acting as a point of coordination between vendors, clients, and internal teams

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, including UAE experience
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel
• Practical experience with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance
• Familiarity with tax and accounting requirements in KSA and Oman
• TallyPrime experience is a plus
• Sharp analytical and reconciliation skills with an eye for detail
