HR Executive

Imtiaz Developments, a real estate and property development company in Dubai, is looking for a proactive HR Executive to support its people operations. This role suits someone who enjoys the full breadth of HR generalist work — from onboarding new hires to keeping HR databases spotless to making sure the business stays aligned with UAE Labour Law.

You’ll be a key point of contact for employees and managers alike, keeping HR processes running smoothly across the employee lifecycle while supporting recruitment as the business continues to grow.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage daily HR operations and employee services
• Handle employee documentation and personnel administration
• Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and presentations
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities from hire to exit
• Support the rollout of HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policy
• Liaise with internal departments on HR-related matters

What you bring

• 3–5 years of UAE HR / HR administration experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practice
• Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems preferred
• CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification is an advantage
• Must currently reside in the UAE
