Job Overview
A confidential organization is seeking an experienced Senior AI Architect for a long-term, full-time project based onsite in Abu Dhabi. The role centers on designing and deploying enterprise AI systems that can operate reliably in production, including conversational applications, AI agents, and large language model solutions. You will contribute to architecture, model serving, infrastructure performance, and MLOps practices. Candidates should bring practical deployment experience and be ready to join immediately or within seven days, as well as work onsite five days in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions intended for production use.
- Develop and optimize conversational AI applications, agent workflows, and large language model systems.
- Implement performant model serving and inference using suitable deployment frameworks.
- Manage GPU resources, AI infrastructure, and MLOps pipelines to support reliable delivery.
- Monitor AI workloads, diagnose performance issues, and improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams on scalable architectures and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong expertise in LLMs, agentic and conversational AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with Voice AI, chatbots, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and LLM orchestration.
- Practical knowledge of vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Hugging Face TGI, PagedAttention, and KV-cache optimization.
- Understanding of NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, CUDA, Triton Inference Server, Kubernetes GPU Operator, and MLOps.
- Available to join immediately or within seven days and work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related area is the estimated qualification. Production deployment capability is specifically emphasized; immediate joiners are preferred.
