Dautom is seeking a seasoned Senior Associate (Credit Risk Modelling & IFRS 9) to join its Dubai team. This opportunity is designed for professionals with deep expertise in credit risk analytics, regulatory frameworks, and IFRS 9 implementation within banking or financial services. You will lead or support model development and validation, conduct Expected Credit Loss calculations, perform stress testing and scenario analysis, prepare regulatory reports, and collaborate with stakeholders on risk governance. Expertise in ECL, PD, LGD, EAD, SICR, IRRBB, ICAAP, and Basel III/IV is required, along with proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python or R, and Power BI. GCC banking experience is a strong differentiator. Candidates available to join within 30 days are highly preferred.
