This role is ideal for freight forwarding professionals who excel at managing client relationships and coordinating complex shipment operations. You will oversee customer service activities related to ocean freight, handle client inquiries, provide real-time shipment updates, support documentation requirements, and work to continuously improve service delivery standards. Candidates with UAE experience who are immediately available or can join within 30 days will be given strong preference.
