Senior Consultant (Data & Agentic AI)

DataU3 is seeking a forward-thinking, technically strong, and commercially savvy Senior Consultant – Data & Agentic AI to join its rapidly expanding consulting practice in Dubai. You’ll work directly with C-suite and senior decision-makers at some of the region’s most prominent organisations, translating complex business challenges into innovative Data and AI solutions. From strategy and architecture design through to delivery and stakeholder enablement, you’ll own engagements end-to-end and play a key role in shaping DataU3’s growing reputation as a leader in Data and Agentic AI consulting across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex client engagements spanning Data Strategy, Data Management, Advanced Analytics, Data Governance, and AI-driven business transformation.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to deeply understand business objectives, gather requirements, and co-design practical, scalable Data & AI solutions.
• Design and recommend modern cloud-based data platforms, data architecture patterns, and enterprise AI strategies that align with clients’ technical maturity and business goals.
• Develop and deliver high-impact executive presentations, discovery workshops, business cases, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide specialist expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, AI Agents, and enterprise AI platform selection and deployment.
• Build and nurture trusted client relationships, ensuring engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor junior consultants, contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, and actively support DataU3’s business development activities including proposals and client presentations.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in Data, AI, and cloud technologies, and bring innovative thinking to both client engagements and the firm’s service offerings.

Requirements & Skills:

• 3–4 years of consulting experience with a leading consulting firm, technology advisory, or systems integrator.
• Deep expertise in at least two of the following: Data Management, Data Analytics, Data Governance, Enterprise AI, or Cloud Data Platforms.
• Hands-on, demonstrable experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, RAG frameworks, AI Agents, or enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills — able to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong experience preparing structured deliverables: presentations, business cases, solution architectures, and project plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional certifications in Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Data, or AI are preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage for client engagement in the UAE and GCC markets.
• Prior experience delivering projects in the UAE or GCC is preferred but not essential.
