Belgravia Contracting Company (BCC) is looking for experienced Senior Electrical Engineers / Electrical Engineers to join its construction team in Dubai. This role calls for someone who’s spent serious time on high-rise residential projects and can confidently run site-based electrical activities from drawing review through to handover.
You’ll supervise electrical installations on-site, coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and other MEP disciplines, and make sure everything is executed to approved drawings, on schedule, and within HSE requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows their way around UAE construction regulations inside and out.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising and managing electrical works at construction sites
- Reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and other MEP disciplines
- Making sure electrical work follows approved drawings and project requirements
- Tracking site progress and keeping electrical activities on schedule
- Carrying out inspections and enforcing quality standards
- Coordinating testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems
- Identifying and resolving technical and site-related issues
- Maintaining compliance with project HSE requirements and local regulations
- Preparing site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
- Monitoring materials, equipment, and workforce performance
- Supporting the project team in hitting schedule, quality, and cost targets
What You’ll Bring
- A B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of total experience in electrical engineering
- A minimum of 5+ years of UAE experience
- Proven experience on UAE high-rise residential building projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction activities and site management
- Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and MEP teams
