Royale Manchester Building Contracting L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to strengthen its Dubai and Sharjah team, with deep expertise across civil construction and interior fit-out estimation.
You’ll review tenders and drawings, prepare accurate BOQs and cost breakdowns, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and support projects from bid stage through execution. Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and building codes is essential to succeed in this fast-paced contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings and specifications to prepare estimates
- Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations
- Prepare detailed BOQs and project cost breakdowns
- Analyze labor, material and equipment costs
- Maintain updated UAE market rate records
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on quotations and pricing
- Work with project management and procurement during handover
- Ensure estimates comply with specifications, budgets and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in construction and interior fit-out
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and estimation software
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
Salary: AED 10,000–15,000 per month (estimated)
