Home Bakery is expanding across Abu Dhabi and Dubai and is hiring enthusiastic hospitality professionals for multiple front-of-house roles — Waiters/Waitresses, Specialty Baristas and a Supervisor — to help deliver memorable guest experiences at its cafés.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and a welcoming guest experience
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages professionally
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages (Barista role)
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations (Supervisor role)
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards
- Assist customers with menu recommendations
- Handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in casual dining, cafés or chocolate/dates retail
- Specialty coffee experience required for Barista roles
- Immediate availability to join
- Flexibility to work across Abu Dhabi and Dubai
Salary: Waiters/Waitresses AED 2,800–3,500 | Baristas AED 3,500–4,500 | Supervisor AED 5,000–6,500 (estimated)
