7G Media is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer for its on-site Dubai team — someone who’s genuinely comfortable moving across the stack, from a React front end to a Node or PHP back end, and who can own a project from architecture through to production deployment.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in one lane. You’ll be expected to jump between frameworks and technologies as the work demands, troubleshoot production issues under pressure, and write code that the next developer can actually maintain.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and maintaining full-stack web applications with modern front-end and back-end tools.
- Building responsive interfaces with React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and Figma handoffs.
- Developing back-end solutions in Node.js, PHP, WordPress, .NET, Java, or similar.
- Designing and integrating REST APIs, microservices, authentication flows, and third-party services.
- Managing databases across MySQL, MongoDB, and Oracle.
- Configuring and maintaining Linux and Windows server environments.
- Handling NGINX, Apache, IIS, SSL, DNS, and general application server setup.
- Running Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and rollbacks.
- Working across AWS, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Optimising for performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
- Diagnosing production issues and implementing real fixes, not just patches.
- Writing secure, clean, well-documented code.
What we’re looking for:
- 5-7 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong fundamentals and sharp analytical, problem-solving instincts.
- Comfort working across multiple languages and technology stacks.
- Quick to pick up new technologies and understand existing systems.
- Experience with real production deployments and troubleshooting.
- Must already be based in Dubai or the UAE, and available to join on short notice.
- Able to use AI tools responsibly while keeping core programming skills sharp.
