Emper Perfumes is growing its City Walk showroom team in Dubai and is looking for two Sales Executives who love the theatre of luxury retail — greeting customers, reading what they’re looking for, and turning a browse into a memorable purchase.
You’ll be on the floor representing a premium fragrance brand, so a polished, customer-first approach matters just as much as your ability to hit sales numbers. Arabic language skills and prior experience in perfume, beauty, or luxury retail will put you ahead of the pack.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming customers and delivering standout service on the showroom floor.
- Recommending fragrances based on what each customer is actually looking for.
- Building relationships that bring customers back again and again.
- Hitting personal and showroom sales targets.
- Keeping product displays and the overall showroom looking sharp.
- Helping manage inventory and restocking shelves as needed.
- Handling customer questions and concerns professionally and quickly.
What we’re looking for:
- Good Arabic-speaking ability.
- Arab nationals preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a polished, professional presentation.
- Sales experience in perfumes, beauty, luxury retail, or FMCG is a plus.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail setting.
- A genuine passion for sales and creating great customer experiences.
