    Job Description

    A growing organization in the UAE cement and construction materials sector is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join its dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in B2B sales within the building materials and construction industry who are passionate about driving business growth and expanding market presence.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets while contributing directly to revenue growth and business development success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, developers, and key decision-makers
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets consistently
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and growth areas
    • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and project support
    • Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends
    • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer information
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue
    • Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into sales

    Requirements

    • 2–5 years of sales experience in Cement, Building Materials, Ready-Mix, or Construction-related industries
    • Strong understanding of the UAE construction and building materials market
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented professional
    • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
    • Strong commercial awareness and business development skills
    • Valid UAE driving license preferred
