Senior HR Executive

A well-regarded organization in Dubai is looking for a motivated Senior HR Executive to join its Human Resources team, taking ownership of end-to-end HR operations while keeping the business fully compliant with UAE Labour Law.

You’ll manage the complete employee lifecycle, support recruitment and onboarding, coordinate performance management, and maintain accurate HR records in a dynamic and people-focused work environment.

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies
• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reporting
• Coordinate performance management and employee relations processes

What you’ll bring:

• Relevant experience in Human Resources, with UAE experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR operations
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
