Oren Specialities FZCO, a well-established name in the drilling fluids chemical trading and manufacturing sector, is broadening its Dubai operations and wants to hear from seasoned logistics and procurement professionals ready to make an impact. Based out of Jebel Ali Free Zone South, this is a chance to join a business with deep roots in the oil & gas supply chain and take ownership of critical freight and sourcing functions.
We’re hiring for two closely related roles at once: a Senior Logistics Executive to keep goods moving efficiently across borders, and a Senior Procurement Officer to secure the right materials at the right price. Both positions suit candidates who thrive under pressure, know their way around import/export paperwork, and enjoy negotiating with vendors and freight partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating end-to-end logistics operations, from dispatch to final delivery
- Preparing and reviewing import/export documentation for regulatory compliance
- Negotiating freight rates and managing relationships with transport providers
- Overseeing warehouse operations and stock coordination
- Managing supplier relationships and driving strategic sourcing initiatives
- Negotiating supply contracts and identifying cost-saving purchasing opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Solid background in logistics or procurement, ideally within trading or manufacturing
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation instincts
- Hands-on experience with import/export documentation and supply chain workflows
- Vendor management and sourcing strategy experience
- Oil & gas or petrochemical industry exposure is a strong plus, especially for the procurement role
Estimated salary: AED 12,000 – AED 18,000 per month.
