Accountant

Al Rustumani Owner Association Management Services LLC is on the lookout for a sharp, detail-driven Accountant to strengthen its Dubai finance team. If you’ve built a couple of years of solid UAE accounting experience and want to work somewhere that values precision and reliability, this role is worth a close look.

You’ll be at the center of the company’s day-to-day financial operations — keeping the books accurate, chasing down reconciliations, and making sure invoices and payments move smoothly. It’s a role for someone who likes structure but isn’t afraid to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving facilities management environment. Immediate joiners will have an edge.

Core Responsibilities

• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable end-to-end
• Carrying out bank and supplier reconciliations
• Preparing client invoices and statements of account, and following up on collections
• Processing payroll and supporting WPS compliance
• Assisting with project and job costing plus management reporting
• Keeping financial documentation organized and audit-ready

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• 1-3 years of UAE accounting experience
• Background in FM, MEP, Maintenance, or Contracting is a bonus
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax rules
• Comfortable in Tally Prime and MS Excel

Estimated salary: AED 4,500 – AED 6,500 per month.
