Social Media & Content Specialist

Job Overview: Paramount Zone LLC is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Specialist in Dubai to develop engaging digital content and strengthen audience engagement across social platforms. The role is suited to a content creator who is comfortable appearing on camera, producing short-form video, editing content, following social trends, and turning creative ideas into consistent marketing output. Applicants should submit a portfolio, sample reels, or active social media profiles with their CV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create reels, videos, on-camera content, and other social media assets.
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut and design supporting graphics with Canva.
• Monitor Instagram, YouTube, and other platform trends for relevant content opportunities.
• Develop creative concepts and social media campaign ideas.
• Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Work with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Organize content production and help maintain a regular publishing schedule.

Requirements:

• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Confidence appearing on camera and producing engaging video content.
• Strong creativity, communication, and idea-generation skills.
• Proficiency with CapCut and Canva.
• Awareness of current Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
• Portfolio, sample reels, or active social media handles must accompany the application.

Salary: AED 4,500–AED 7,000 per month (estimated).

Location: Dubai, UAE.
