Job Overview
DuoZouLu is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations in the United Arab Emirates. This full-time role is for a hands-on retail leader who can oversee daily activities, guide a store team, improve sales performance, and maintain an excellent customer experience. The role may require flexibility to support operations across different store locations.
The Store Manager will balance people leadership with operational oversight. This includes supporting employees, monitoring store standards, responding to customer needs, and ensuring the team understands its targets. A practical, positive management style and the ability to act quickly when problems arise will help keep daily operations consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store activities and maintain high customer service standards.
- Monitor sales performance and work toward store KPIs.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop store team members.
- Maintain orderly store standards and an efficient working environment.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
- Support retail operations at different locations when business needs require it.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong experience managing retail operations or a retail store.
- Leadership skills and clear communication with staff and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to improve sales results and achieve KPIs.
- Confidence coaching team members and encouraging consistent performance.
- A positive, hands-on approach to daily problem-solving.
- Flexibility to support stores across the UAE as required.
Skills and Competencies
A strong candidate will be organized, commercially aware, and comfortable making day-to-day decisions. They should lead by example, set clear expectations, and help employees provide friendly and professional service. Understanding sales targets, customer experience, stockroom and floor standards, and team scheduling will support the store’s performance and consistency.
