BIBA Fashion Ltd is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Store Manager to lead its Dubai retail store and deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers.
You’ll be responsible for the complete day-to-day running of the store — from driving sales and managing the team to keeping stock and merchandising at their best, in a well-known fashion brand with a strong retail presence.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily store operations for smooth, high-quality performance
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to hit sales targets and business goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping atmosphere
- Track sales performance and KPIs, implementing strategies to improve results
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail best practices
- Prepare reports and support ongoing business growth
