Store Manager

BIBA Fashion Ltd is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Store Manager to lead its Dubai retail store and deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

You’ll be responsible for the complete day-to-day running of the store — from driving sales and managing the team to keeping stock and merchandising at their best, in a well-known fashion brand with a strong retail presence.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily store operations for smooth, high-quality performance
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to hit sales targets and business goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping atmosphere
• Track sales performance and KPIs, implementing strategies to improve results
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail best practices
• Prepare reports and support ongoing business growth
