Job Overview
AQC FITOUT LLC is seeking a Storekeeper to manage materials, tools, hardware, and consumables used in interior fit-out projects. The position is responsible for accurate inventory records, controlled issuance, safe storage, and timely coordination with procurement and project teams. UAE experience is mandatory, and candidates familiar with construction or fit-out materials will be better placed to support site requirements.
Success requires accuracy, clear communication, reliable follow-through, and consistent adherence to workplace procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive deliveries and inspect materials, tools, hardware, and consumables.
- Check quantities and item details against purchase orders, delivery notes, and approved records.
- Store items safely and systematically to prevent damage, loss, and unnecessary wastage.
- Issue materials to site and project teams against authorized requests.
- Maintain stock registers, record receipts and transfers, and conduct physical stock counts.
- Monitor minimum stock levels, report damaged or missing items, and coordinate replenishment with procurement.
Requirements
- Have three to four years of relevant storekeeping experience, including mandatory UAE experience.
- Interior fit-out or construction-sector experience is preferred.
- Understand materials and tools commonly used in fit-out projects.
- Be familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking.
- Demonstrate organization, coordination, communication, and good material-handling practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, orderly store and support periodic stock-taking.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: Experience in interior fit-out or construction preferred. Experience: 3–4 Years; UAE experience mandatory.
Relevant skills include Inventory Control, Material Receiving, Stock Counts, Goods Receipt Notes, ERP, Microsoft Excel, Warehouse Safety, Material Issuance. Candidates should be ready to explain relevant experience and how they maintain quality and accuracy.

Employment type: Full-time. Company: AQC FITOUT LLC. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Compensation: AED 4,000–AED 5,000 per month.
