Storekeeper – MEP Maintenance

Salary: AED 3,500–5,500 per month (Estimated)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store MEP materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Issue materials to maintenance teams against approved requests.
• Maintain records of stock receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment.
• Conduct stock audits and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Organize, label, and safely store inventory.
• Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and administrative teams.
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Storekeeper, preferably in MEP maintenance or facilities management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance materials.
• Inventory management system and Microsoft Excel experience.
• Strong organization, communication, and record keeping.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and in Dubai.
