DEOW International is seeking a capable and motivated Supermarket Manager to join its team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is suited to professionals who can bring practical expertise, dependable execution, and a strong commitment to quality. The role offers the chance to contribute directly to day-to-day operations while working in a professional environment where accuracy, communication, and timely delivery are important.
The position sits within the Retail / Supermarket function and requires Previous Store Supervisor or Supermarket experience is mandatory. Candidates should hold diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field. The indicated compensation is AED 3,000–3,500 per month. The successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively, manage assigned responsibilities efficiently, maintain professional standards, and respond positively to changing business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily supermarket operations and ensure efficient store performance.
- Supervise employees, allocate duties and maintain high customer-service standards.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment, merchandising and product availability.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements and operational standards.
- Review store performance and support initiatives that improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous store supervision or supermarket management experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control and merchandising.
- Proven team leadership and staff supervision capability.
- Good communication, customer-service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a busy store while meeting operational deadlines.
