Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-shift meetings, allocate duties, set targets, and communicate the shift’s operational priorities.
- Monitor picking, packing, and inbound activities during the shift to help meet required service levels.
- Reallocate team members when workloads change and additional manpower is needed.
- Resolve floor-level issues such as stockouts, incorrect picks, equipment problems, and system challenges.
- Maintain an organised 5S work area, including effective slotting, clear aisles, and orderly floor management.
- Track attendance, schedules, task assignments, team performance, and compliance with warehouse safety procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in e-commerce or logistics warehousing.
- At least one year of team-lead or shift-lead experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of picking, packing, inbound operations, and cycle counting.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow PPE, forklift-zone, racking, emergency-exit, training, and certification requirements.
