Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions using QuickBooks
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support project accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and cost control
• Maintain VAT records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Prepare financial data and documentation for reporting and audits

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks (mandatory)
• Good understanding of accounting principles and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred
