Job Overview
Emirates Extrusion Factory LLC (EEF) is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator for its Supply Chain Department at the National Industries Park facility in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role for an organized professional with experience in supply chain operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination. The coordinator will help keep materials moving through the business by managing purchase orders, following up with suppliers, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor purchase orders and coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Check stock levels, support replenishment planning, and communicate potential shortages or delays.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and share timely status updates with the relevant teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and check shipping, customs, and other logistics documents to support accurate processing.
- Investigate stock variances, reconcile inventory records, and assist with month-end stock counts.
- Review logistics and supply chain data and prepare reports for management.
- Support the day-to-day coordination of materials, inventory, and deliveries to help avoid operational disruption.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Two to three years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a closely related operational role.
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of inventory processes, shipment tracking, and supplier coordination.
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs regulations is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Skills
The role calls for accuracy, organization, communication, time management, and the ability to coordinate several priorities in a fast-moving environment. Confidence preparing logistics reports and maintaining reliable documentation will also be useful.
