Yamas Al-Arabia Construction & Contracting is looking for a Surveyor to support its construction projects in Riyadh. Job Overview
The Surveyor will use surveying equipment and digital drafting tools to help establish levels, check site dimensions, and prepare as-built information. Accuracy, clear records, and effective coordination with site staff are important for keeping construction work aligned with plans and specifications. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Advertised compensation: SAR 7,000–10,000 per month (estimated). Candidates should confirm final terms and any role-specific arrangements with the employer.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out setting-out and site surveying activities for construction work.
- Conduct levelling, measurements, and as-built surveys to verify project accuracy.
- Operate Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and auto-level equipment as required.
- Record field observations and communicate survey results to the site team.
- Prepare or assist with survey drawings and related information using suitable software.
- Coordinate with engineering and construction colleagues to resolve measurement or layout questions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven surveying experience on construction projects is required; residential project experience is preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field is listed.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D knowledge is an advantage.
- Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required.
- Knowledge of construction surveying, setting out, Total Station, GPS/GNSS, auto level, and as-built surveys.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
