TripleONE is seeking a Workshop Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee heavy vehicle and equipment maintenance activity. Job Overview
The supervisor will coordinate daily workshop operations and help ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed according to operational priorities. Good planning, technical awareness, team leadership, and clear work records are important to keep equipment serviceable and reduce avoidable delays. This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Advertised compensation: AED 8,000–10,000 per month. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop activities and assign work according to equipment needs and team capacity.
- Oversee maintenance and repair work for trucks, heavy machinery, and waste management equipment.
- Monitor job progress, inspect completed work, and follow up on repair or quality concerns.
- Coordinate technicians, workshop schedules, and equipment servicing priorities.
- Maintain workshop records and support the control of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure team members follow relevant workshop procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience supervising heavy vehicle workshops is expected.
- A mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related diploma/degree is estimated for the role.
- Ability to coordinate technical teams and monitor maintenance or repair work.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of equipment management, workshop safety, and maintenance operations.
- The position is full time and based in Abu Dhabi.
