Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a capable and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is suited to professionals who can bring practical expertise, dependable execution, and a strong commitment to quality. The position sits within the Human Resources / Recruitment function and requires Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources. Candidates should hold bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field. The indicated compensation is AED 12,000–18,000 per month (Estimated). The successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively, manage assigned responsibilities efficiently, maintain professional standards, and respond positively to changing business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.
- Source, screen and interview candidates across multiple functions.
- Build sustainable talent pipelines for current and future recruitment requirements.
- Improve candidate experience and support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven talent acquisition, recruitment or HR experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and competing recruitment priorities.
- Organized, people-focused and results-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, recruitment systems and employer branding.
