Procat is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to join its Dubai team and own high-volume recruitment across its catering and hospitality operations.

You’ll run the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to onboarding — with a particular focus on blue-collar hiring and close coordination with operational teams to meet workforce targets on time.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Recruit blue-collar employees to meet operational headcount requirements
  • Work closely with operations teams to fulfil manpower needs in a timely manner
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies across multiple recruitment channels
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability against job criteria
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company hiring procedures
  • Support workforce planning and contribute to achieving recruitment KPIs

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–4 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience
  • Proven high-volume blue-collar recruitment experience, ideally in catering, hospitality, or food service
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE labour market and local recruitment practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Must be currently based in the UAE
