Job Overview
A growing Dubai organisation is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist for a four-month contract that may be extended. You will run the recruitment cycle end to end across multiple vacancies, drawing on agency experience to source, screen and place strong candidates quickly.
This short-term assignment suits a recruiter who can start quickly and deliver results without lengthy onboarding. You will manage a varied workload, prioritise urgent vacancies and keep hiring managers updated on progress. Strong relationship skills, resilience and a sound sense of candidate quality will ensure that each placement meets the business's needs and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and recruitment databases.
- Review CVs, conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle high-volume requirements while meeting hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain a pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Provide a professional candidate experience and keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous recruitment agency experience is mandatory.
- Proven end-to-end recruitment and sourcing background.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Currently based in the UAE and available to join as the business requires.
Skills and Competencies
Talent acquisition strategy, Boolean and portal sourcing, interview coordination, stakeholder management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
