Position Overview
TAM Analyst (IT Asset Management Analyst) opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is suited to a professional who can bring dependable execution, sound judgement, clear communication, and a practical approach to daily responsibilities. The successful candidate will contribute to team objectives, maintain professional standards, and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Track IT assets throughout procurement, deployment, transfer, maintenance, and retirement.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory records, databases, and lifecycle documentation.
- Monitor warranties, annual maintenance contracts, service agreements, and related dates.
- Use ServiceNow or comparable IT asset tools to support reporting and governance.
- Coordinate with branches and stakeholders to review needs, improve utilization, and control costs.
Requirements and Skills
- Relevant experience: IT Asset Management experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
- Education: Not specified.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities, work collaboratively, and maintain accurate records.
- Professional conduct, attention to detail, and willingness to follow established procedures.
- Experience with EUC hardware, ServiceNow or ITAM tools, inventory tracking, warranties, and asset governance is required.
- Candidates must currently be in the UAE and available to join immediately.
