Business Analyst – Airline E-Commerce opportunity based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is suited to a professional who can bring dependable execution, sound judgement, clear communication, and a practical approach to daily responsibilities. The successful candidate will contribute to team objectives, maintain professional standards, and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for airline e-commerce products.
- Develop user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
- Analyze booking, servicing, and customer journeys to identify gaps and improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, testers, and product teams in Agile delivery.
- Support backlog refinement, defect tracking, user acceptance testing, and release readiness.
Requirements and Skills
- Relevant experience: 5+ years overall, including at least 4 years in business analysis.
- Education: Not specified.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities, work collaboratively, and maintain accurate records.
- Professional conduct, attention to detail, and willingness to follow established procedures.
- Airline e-commerce or travel-platform experience and knowledge of booking, servicing, and disruption management are important.
- Azure DevOps or a similar requirements and defect-management tool is preferred; the role is fully onsite five days per week.
