Wasataa is seeking an experienced Tax Specialist to support tax compliance and financial operations in the UAE. This position is suitable for a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations, accounting principles, and practical experience using SAP and other financial reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable UAE tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate tax reports, supporting schedules, and compliance documentation.
- Support the preparation and submission of tax filings within required deadlines.
- Work closely with finance and other internal teams to maintain accurate tax records and reporting data.
- Investigate tax-related issues, identify discrepancies, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide professional guidance on tax matters and support improvements to internal compliance processes.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes that may affect the company’s tax obligations.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in taxation, accounting, or finance.
- Strong understanding of UAE tax laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP.
- Good knowledge of tax reporting, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Candidates currently in the UAE or willing to relocate are welcome.
