Motofit General Trading LLC is looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist clients and support the company’s growing automotive spare parts operations. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, maintain professional relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure customers receive timely and accurate assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through appropriate communication channels.
- Provide product-related information and assist customers with general sales and service requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in internal systems.
- Coordinate with sales and operational teams to resolve customer concerns and support order-related processes.
- Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a high standard of service.
- Follow up on outstanding inquiries and ensure issues are resolved within appropriate timelines.
- Support business development and customer retention initiatives when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE automotive spare parts market is preferred.
- Experience in customer support, client service, or B2B coordination is an advantage.
- Good understanding of automotive spare parts and UAE market requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
