Motofit General Trading LLC is expanding its UAE automotive spare parts business and is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to support revenue growth and market development. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE automotive spare parts sector and a strong ability to generate leads, develop B2B relationships, and convert opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers and generate new sales leads through market outreach and relationship building.
- Promote automotive spare parts and related products to B2B customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Understand market requirements and provide suitable product recommendations and commercial support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with internal teams regarding quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE automotive spare parts market.
- B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of UAE market operations and automotive customer requirements.
- Strong lead generation, sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
