Chinese Translator / Patient Coordinator

ME ONE Medical Center is seeking a professional Chinese Translator / Patient Coordinator to support Chinese-speaking patients and contribute to a smooth, welcoming healthcare experience. The role combines accurate language support with appointment coordination, patient communication, and day-to-day clinic administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear and accurate Chinese-English translation support for patients and clinic staff.
• Coordinate appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and other patient visits efficiently.
• Act as a communication bridge between patients, doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel.
• Respond to patient inquiries professionally and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Maintain accurate patient records while respecting confidentiality and clinic procedures.
• Assist with reception and administrative activities to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• Support patients throughout their visit and help create a comfortable and positive experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Chinese and English is essential.
• Previous experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in patient coordination, healthcare customer service, or clinic administration.
• Good understanding of relevant medical terminology and accurate translation practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to handle patients with empathy and discretion.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
