Financial Manager

A growing multi-business group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead and strengthen its finance operations. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in financial planning, reporting, compliance, cash management, and business decision-making while working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting processes.
• Oversee cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and day-to-day financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant UAE and Saudi VAT, corporate tax, and financial regulations.
• Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports and present insights to senior management.
• Review commercial contracts and provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, clients, and other external stakeholders.
• Strengthen internal controls, support audit readiness, and ensure reliable financial documentation.
• Oversee group asset management and lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance management experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and Saudi taxation, VAT, corporate tax, financial regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, auditing, and internal controls.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of complex financial operations, and support strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
