Connect IT
Connect IT needs a Technical Support Officer to deliver hands-on IT support at a client site in Dubai. This on-site role suits an experienced IT professional comfortable troubleshooting end-user issues and managing desktop environments.
You’ll provide L1 and L2 support across hardware, software, Windows systems, and IT infrastructure, plus handle IT asset management, incident tracking through ITSM tools, and regular reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and end-user issues
- Handling desktop administration and Windows troubleshooting
- Diagnosing and resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Managing IT assets and inventory records
- Logging incidents and requests via ITSM tools
- Delivering on-site support at the client location
- Preparing support reports for the line manager
What you need:
- 2-5 years in IT technical support or service desk roles
- Strong Windows administration and troubleshooting skills
- Hardware troubleshooting and IT infrastructure experience
- ITSM tools and asset management experience
- ITIL, CCNA, or Microsoft 365 certification preferred
- Good English and Arabic communication skills
