Housekeeping Runner

Are you a dependable and energetic hospitality professional looking to grow your career with a reputable hotel in the UAE capital? Novel Hotel City Center in Abu Dhabi is actively recruiting a committed Housekeeping Runner to strengthen its housekeeping operations team.

In this role, you will serve as the vital link between the housekeeping team and the guest floors, ensuring smooth logistical support so that Room Attendants can deliver exceptional service without interruption. You will be responsible for transporting clean linen, guest amenities, and supplies across designated service areas, as well as collecting soiled linen and waste for processing. This is a physically active, team-oriented position that demands a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

What You Will Do

• Deliver fresh linen, towels, toiletries, and housekeeping supplies to guest rooms and service areas on time.
• Collect used linen, rubbish, and other housekeeping items from floors for proper disposal or laundering.
• Provide hands-on operational support to Room Attendants and the wider housekeeping team throughout the shift.
• Keep housekeeping trolleys, linen storage rooms, corridors, and service areas tidy, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and instructions from Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Handle all housekeeping tools, equipment, and supplies responsibly to minimize breakage or loss.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged property, and lost and found items to the relevant supervisor without delay.
• Comply fully with all hotel policies, safety procedures, hygiene standards, and housekeeping protocols at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous UAE hotel housekeeping experience is mandatory — candidates without UAE hotel experience will not be considered.
• Prior experience in a Housekeeping Runner or similar hotel support role is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of hotel housekeeping procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Good physical fitness with the ability to walk, stand, lift, and carry throughout an active shift.
• Friendly communicator and reliable team player with a cooperative, can-do attitude.
• Flexible availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the hotel.

Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,800 per month (Estimated) | Employment Type: Full Time
