ITEX Technology, a Dubai-based systems integrator specializing in ICT, Security, ELV, and AV solutions, is expanding its technical team and is on the lookout for a hands-on Technician ready to jump into a fast-moving, hardware-focused environment. If you enjoy working with cutting-edge building technology and want exposure to leading automation and control brands, this role offers a genuine launchpad into the ELV industry.
You’ll be embedded directly with the installation and project teams, learning the ropes of professional ELV systems work while contributing to real client deployments across Dubai. The company values curiosity and a willingness to learn just as highly as prior experience, making this a great fit for technicians early in their ELV career as well as more seasoned hands.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with the installation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of ELV systems
- Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues on assigned equipment
- Supporting project teams through installation and commissioning phases
- Delivering work that meets company quality standards and client specifications
- Keeping tools, equipment, and service documentation organized and up to date
What you’ll bring:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in the ELV industry
- Availability to start immediately
- Exposure to Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, or Trend systems is a bonus, not a requirement
- A collaborative, team-first attitude
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies and systems
- Working knowledge of ICT, Security, and AV solution fundamentals
