Strong Walls Construction LLC is building out its site safety function and is seeking qualified, experienced Safety Officers to help protect its people and projects across Dubai. If health, safety, and environmental excellence is your passion — not just your job title — this is a chance to make a visible impact on live construction sites.
You’ll be the frontline guardian of a Zero Accident culture, working hand-in-hand with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers to keep every site compliant, safe, and incident-free. The company is looking for someone who can balance firm enforcement of HSE standards with practical, constructive engagement with site teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitoring daily site activities to ensure full HSE compliance
- Carrying out regular safety inspections and flagging potential hazards before they become incidents
- Enforcing proper PPE use and safe working practices across the site
- Running toolbox talks and safety induction sessions for new and existing workers
- Compiling safety reports and maintaining thorough HSE documentation
- Contributing to risk assessments and reviewing method statements
- Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses, and following through on corrective actions
- Acting as the key liaison between engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel on all safety matters
What you’ll bring:
- A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent HSE certification (preferred)
- Relevant experience on UAE construction projects
- Solid grasp of construction safety practices and HSE regulatory requirements
- Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills
- UAE/GCC experience is a plus
