Purchase Executive

Brain Freeze UAE is looking to bring a sharp, detail-oriented Purchase Executive onto its Dubai team to own the full procurement cycle from end to end. If you thrive on negotiating great deals, managing supplier relationships, and keeping purchasing operations running like clockwork, this role puts you right at the center of the action.

You’ll be the go-to person for sourcing, quoting, ordering, and tracking materials — coordinating closely with warehouse, accounts, project, and site teams to make sure everything arrives on time, at the right price, and to spec. Please note this role is only open to candidates currently residing in the UAE.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the complete purchasing process from request to order placement
• Sourcing and evaluating suppliers, materials, and products on quality, price, and availability
• Requesting and comparing quotations across multiple suppliers
• Negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial terms
• Preparing and issuing accurate Purchase Orders
• Chasing suppliers to guarantee timely delivery
• Coordinating with warehouse, accounts, project, and site teams on purchasing needs
• Maintaining up-to-date supplier, quotation, PO, and invoice records
• Spotting cost-saving opportunities by monitoring market prices
• Verifying purchased materials meet quality and spec requirements
• Resolving delivery delays, shortages, damage, or incorrect shipments
• Building strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential suppliers
• Supporting management with purchasing reports and cost analysis as needed
