If you enjoy sales, love building relationships over the phone, and want to promote a range of UAE government-related services, this is a great entry into a steady, service-driven industry.
You’ll handle customer enquiries, generate sales opportunities, and help people navigate services like visas, Emirates ID, and other government transactions. Anyone coming from Amer Centres, Typing Centres, Travel Agencies, or Operations roles and looking to move into sales is especially encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling outbound and inbound calls to generate sales opportunities
- Reaching out to prospective customers and explaining UAE government and related services
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right services
- Following up on leads and enquiries to maximize conversions
- Promoting Visa Services, Emirates ID, Medical Services, Amer services, and other transactions
- Keeping in regular contact with customers and responding promptly
- Hitting individual and team sales targets
- Keeping accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activity
- Building strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Coordinating with the operations team for smooth request processing
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Genuine interest in sales and telesales
- Customer-focused, confident, and target-driven
- Knowledge of UAE government transactions and services is a plus
- Background in Operations, Typing Centres, Amer Centres, or Travel Agencies is welcome
- Valid UAE visa preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
